Social Media Specialist - Job Description

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Social Media Specialist who is able to communicate through to the public via social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Specialists are responsible for managing corporate social media accounts of Anuncia LLC as well as client accounts to ensure content shared increases a brand’s visibility and reputation.

The Social Media Specialist would regularly post content, including images, text & video, to introduce the brand and encourage others to join the conversation by sharing texts, images & any other forms of media.

Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy

  • Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company's online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules

  • Encourage greater social media participation

  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's social media strategy

Required Qualification:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred.

  • Proven social media experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

Pay: 

  • $13.25/hour plus commission (plus commission)

Job Type: 

  • Part-Time (up to 20 hours/week)

Experience: 

  • Sales (3 years preferred)

  • B2B Sales (3 years preferred)

  • Social Media Management  (2 years preferred)
